Webshop – Offers:
The webshop provides the possibility to order selected artworks online. You can always browse our website to have a look at the entire range of offered artworks at www.kunsthandelwidder.com, choosing the item “Artists”. In case you are interested in some of the paintings displayed outside the web shop, you can contact us via telephone, e-mail or simply using the button “send price inquiry”. You are also welcome to visit the gallery (Johannesgasse 9-13, 1010 Vienna) to have a look at the artworks before purchase.
Shipping and Fees
The shipping costs are calculated according to the scheme below. When shipping abroad, additional costs may arise, of which we will inform you in advance. Shipping is usually carried out by Österreichische Post AG (Austrian Mail Service), FedEx or DHL.

Parcels that exceed standard dimensions or which cannot be handled automatically due to their shape or form have to be processed manually and need special handling. In this case the additional costs are 6.- Euro (up to 10 kg) or 7.20 (over 10 kg).
The parcel can be tracked by an item tracking number und is insured up to an amount of 510.- Euro. For an additional charge you can increase the liability amount easily.

Please contact us in advance, if you decide to take out an additional insurance. The insurance sum may vary due to the country of destination.
Shipping by FedEx

How your Order is processed
If you acquire a liking for one or more artworks you can send a binding offer by ordering them in our webshop.
After you’ve completed the online order process you will receive an automated e-mail message confirming that your offer has been sent to us. We will process your order as soon as possible and inform you about availability, all further steps and send our account information for payment by bank transfer. We will also handle packaging and shipment.
Since we are often on art fairs and other events, it might occur that due to lack of time sold artworks aren’t removed from our online shop immediately. If one artwork has already been sold, we will certainly inform you that we are not able to proceed your order.
Payment options
Advance Payment
After you’ve placed your order with us you will receive an e-mail with all order details including invoice, certificate of authenticity and our account information for payment by bank transfer. If you wire funds, please include the correct invoice number, that we can confirm the receipt of payment and proceed with the shipment of your artwork.
PayPal
You can use secure and fast payment using PayPal. If you are not registered with PayPal yet you can find further information at the following link and create a free account.
